1. Unpredictable weather. Lexington’s weather can be a rollercoaster. One day, it’s sunny and 70 degrees, and the next, snow is falling. The humid summers can also be tough for some. But, if you enjoy experiencing all four seasons, Lexington offers variety—warm summers, crisp falls, snowy winters, and beautiful springs. It’s a perfect place if you love a little unpredictability.

But even with price increases, Lexington is still more affordable than places like Nashville, Austin, or Denver.
